A COUNCIL TERM WORTH REMEMBERING

As your council term approaches its conclusion, it’s an opportunity to reflect on the years you’ve dedicated to your community. Being an elected councillor is no small undertaking. The countless meetings, difficult decisions, community events and hours spent representing your constituents all contribute to something meaningful — making your community a better place.

At Elite Awards, we believe that commitment deserves something more than a passing acknowledgement.

That’s why we’ve created our Councillor Excellence Awards — personalised commemorative awards available to order, recognising your contribution to local government and marking this chapter of your public service.

Whether you’re seeking re-election, stepping away or considering what comes next, your service during this term is something worth remembering.

Some councillors proudly display their awards on their office desks. Others keep them at home as a quiet reminder of their contribution. And some? Well, they’re headed straight for the pool room!

COMMEMORATE YOUR COUNCIL TERM

This end of term award is made from Eco-Bamboo, offering a sleek, contemporary design with clean square edges - an eco-conscious alternative to traditional plaques. Crafted from sustainably grown plantation bamboo, this plaque is made from one of the world’s most renewable resources. Bamboo grows rapidly, requires minimal processing, and absorbs more carbon than hardwoods, making it a standout choice for environmentally responsible awards.

Our end-of-term awards celebrate your service across the full council term, creating a lasting keepsake of the years you’ve dedicated to representing your community.

Choose from 15 award styles. You are also more than welcome to order for previous council terms.

Every award is:

• Personalised with your name, councillor title and council term dates.
• Professionally produced with a quality finish designed to last.
• Dispatched directly from our Melbourne office.
• Available to every elected councillor, whether this is your first term or one of many.

MORE THAN ONE TERM TO REMEMBER?

Your contribution may span several council terms. You can also commemorate earlier years of service, with previous editions available dating back to 2016.
